    Pros:
    Building is functional and well-maintained and directly managed by the owner who is relatively local (Staten Island). Was at the building regularly to check in, and was very responsive when any issues arose.
    Cons:
    Still need to pay via physical check. No laundry in the building and no plan to add it.
    Advice to owner:
    None at all, keep doing what you're doing
