place of nightmares management didn’t care

there are some lovely neighbors and it’s a nice location, easy access to prospect park, botanic gardens, etc. the super Raul is very helpful but can only do so much when backed by a terrible management company
Cons
the management company was literally voted the worst in all of New York City and they earn their title regularly. Me and my neighbors both had giant holes in our ceiling and they went weeks without replying, leaks, mold, pipes that are disintegrating (we had plumbers tell us they’re most often at buildings owned by this management company) roaches and the like everywhere everywhere everywhere, a pest guy comes every few weeks and it barely makes a difference, buzzer disconnected, water damage in the lights, no working smoke detector need I go on
Advice to the owners
listen to your tenants? actually respond to emails? the hell?
Lobby smells like a joint sometimes

Great location, laundry in building which is rare for this type of building
Cons
Unreliable and unresponsive management, pest problems, package thieves
