Lobby smells like a joint

Pros

Lovely location and generally good neighbors. Rare to have in building laundry in a building like this.

Cons

The super is doing his best but the management company is kinda shitty. I’ve had multiple issues that took multiple emails and phone calls to resolve. Bug management comes twice a month and you have to be home, which is annoying if you have to go into the office. The lobby smells like a joint 20% of the time. Have experienced package theft as well.

Please secure the packages. Find alternative times for bug people.
