Overall good but some important things to be aware of

Pros

Amazing light!!! Owner and super are really nice and responsive. Great neighborhood.

Cons

No ventilation hood for the stove meant it was hard to clean properly and appliances are on the older side. Was not cleaned well for move in. Next to a very busy and loud outdoor bar and a busy street. Lots of late night noise from other residents. Mice issues.

Advice to the owners

I’d advise installing a ventilation hood to keep things from getting greasy!
