Very bright and great sun. Great access to subways and convenient shopping

Noise from the bar next door.

Great view and natural light

Pros

new build with nice clean apartments inside that get a lot of light. year to year rent increases weren't terrible

Cons

there's no garbage room or trash cans outside so you're responsible for taking it out every garbage day, electric stove was okay
