Cozy building in a nice area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Surprisingly quiet. Great location. Very insulated.
Cons:
Management can be slow to respond to maintenance requests. Elevator was out of service more often than not. No roof access. Gym is kind of sketch.
The building is in a great location, and the unit I was in had been renovated and was generally nice inside. In unit dishwasher and washer dryer
Cons:
The apartment was very dirty upon move-in. It had clearly not been deep cleaned and there was a dead rodent in the apartment. When I lived there in 2022 and 2023, a tenant had bedbugs. Management did get an exterminator. The elevator was broken a lot and not fixed timely, which impacted older neighbors. Also, the backyard had a lot of potential but no one was taking care of it so it was not enjoyed very often.
Advice to owner:
More focus on cleanliness and repairs
