    Great place to live

    Pros:
    Ideal location, and almost no issues with pests of any kind (save for a few very small bugs).
    Cons:
    The super is not extremely responsive unless the situation is urgent (as when we had a large leak in the bathroom ceiling).

    Roach infestation
    Nothing besides that!

    Needs a more professional and thorough exterminator
