    All good except for roaches

    Pros:
    Great location, lobby, good super, but there was a roach problem
    Cons:
    Roaches were the best deterrent though they stayed by the kitchen and bathroom
    Advice to owner:
    Fumigate the building

    Trash disposal and laundry outside the building
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the laundry machines and the intercom
