Nice building in convenient location

Pros

Conveniently located near the 2/3/4/5 trains. Easy access to Propsect Park, Brooklyn Museum and best of Prospect Heights/Crown Heights neighborhoods. Well manicured little front lawn & lots of light given southern exposure to Eastern Pkwy.

Cons

Laundry facilities are limited in that there are only 2 machines, but generally doesn't pose a problem given size of building. Coop board can be strict. Worst part is the neighbors - some buildings behind this are noisy.
