This apartment is not luxury by any means but it is one of the best and most central locations I've ever lived at. The Super is young but very nice and willing to help and is extremely nice to all the dogs in the building.
Cons:
Management office less so— can't get fixes or bug control until you call several times. hallways and public spaces are literally falling down and always filthy.
Advice to owner:
Help the super. He's one person and it's a massive building. Hire more management help
