    Good price for what you get

    Pros:
    Maintenance was always quick to respond to any issues. Quiet building.
    Cons:
    No laundry in building or unit. Sometimes the hallways get dirty between cleanings but nothing outrageous. The heat can get very hot so wrap your pipes.
    Advice to owner:
    Adjust the heat, it’s very hot to the point I had ac on in the winter even though heat pipes were wrapped.
