It's a convenient location
Cons:
PROCEED WITH CAUTION. When you rent at this building, you should know you're renting from a slumlord. We had so many issues during our year living here-- carbon monoxide detected in the building; the ceiling of our top floor apartment caving in every time it rained, causing leaks; issues with consistent hot water in our shower; the power going out in half the apartment after I used a hair dryer once. The landlord is shady and kind of a jerk.
