Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 302 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn reflect mixed feedback. Tenants appreciate the rent stabilization and prime location. However, concerns arise about the old building's maintenance issues, mold, and water leaks. Management's lack of responsiveness is a recurring problem, affecting heating and security. On the positive side, responsive management, cleanliness, and good neighbors are noted. Suggestions include improved communication, mold remediation, and appliance upgrades to enhance living conditions. Overall, while some recommend the building for its positives, improvements in maintenance and management are crucial for enhancing the overall tenant experience.
