    Responsive management, trash management, and package/mail rooms, including an Amazon locker.
    Cons:
    Expensive amenity fees and usage fees for common spaces that are not in the lease.

    Building management is feeing us to death:
    - 35/hr to reserve and use rooftop grills. 50/hr on weekends. Most ridiculous thing ever
    - hot water $50/month
    - additional key fobs $50 ea.
    - view security video if your packages are stolen $175
    - garage door opener programming $75
    - 15% rent increase for lease renewal at end of term
    Advice to owner:
    The fees feel exploitive and excessive. Eliminate all of them. Rent is high enough as it is.
