Historic Facade Spacious Apartment Spectacular front bedroom Spacious interior bedroom open living room open kitchen floor through unit with spacious closets and good flow walk to a train convenient and fun location Great Living Space

Cons

the hallway and stairs need updating and cleaning - the wall paint and tile are due design updates. better windows or insulation or air flow courtyard skylights in the interior bedrooms does not provide much daylight utilities! too high of a cost
