Small building with quirky cute features, huge kitchen, backyard, and a responsive landlord.
The landlord made false accusations about us having an unapproved pet and wouldn't write a recommendation when we moved until after we'd already moved out.
If people have already proven themselves to be honest and reliable, they deserve the benefit of the doubt.
