Lloyd, the super, is incredibly responsive and capable - an NYC rarity! I’ve lived here for six years and have had very few issues. Also rent-controlled :)
The building is very old, so the plumbing can be tricky in that the drains need to be snaked somewhat regularly. Also no backyard, but there is a small outdoor space in the front of the building.
