Pros:
good upgrades the last few years (cage for packages, really good new washers/dryers). prices are reasonable for the area, with a few stabilized units. studios and 1 bedrooms definitely on the smaller side, especially kitchens
Cons:
elevator service has been kind of spotty the last year, goes out ~1x a month or more for hours up to several days. no other major complaints
