The building is okay but the landlord in 2G is irresponsible

Cons

From consistent hot water and heating issues, to mold in the bedroom walls and painted over leaks on the ceiling. There is a “handyman” who comes and does a landlord special to “fix” issues. We left because there was a gas leak coming from a boiler that was installed by unlicensed professionals and was told by licensed professionals that we were lucky to be alive.
