Pros:
Location, Laundry in building.
Cons:
Difficult to get maintenance/management to respond to issues.

Pros:
-no complaints with pests or garbage control -good water pressure -heat can be unreliable but nothing intolerable.
Cons:
-very loud neighbors occasionally -hallways and laundry room can be unswept and dirty at times -package thieves -hard to get direct sunlight because of the position of the building
