    Beautiful well maintained building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    They would regularly spray for pests and the buildup was relatively quiet. The garbage was usually taken out in a timely manner. Most of the units are coops so a lot of tenants stay many years.
    Cons:
    The heat in the winter would often run very high.
