Pleasant and big

Pros

Nice building with large rooms! Generally well maintained and updated. Management is pretty responsive. Central AC and heat have worked great.

Cons

Maintenance can take a while to happen, but not for anything too serious. While trash is handled very well usually, there are some large items that have been left to decompose in the side yard.
