Great apartment. Large for the price. Love the balconies and roof top and having in unit laundry & dishwasher. Considerate neighbors too.
Bedrooms are drafty & cold in winter. Hot water heater in unit occasionally runs out during shower (not enough hot water for 2 people in a row to shower)
