Old but spacious!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area, quiet street. The apartment is very spacious, and comparatively fairly priced NYC apartment for the size. The closet spaces were a huge plus!
Cons:
Management was hard to get a hold of. We often had open tickets (when we called the super/management - they told us to make a ticket) - I would have to follow up on it regularly, and they'd show up months later without notice when we ended up fixing problems on our own accord because we were frustrated. We had mice in the walls and were frequently ignored
Advice to owner:
More pest control or proactive responses to building issues
