Responsive Owner, great neighborhood

Pros

Landlord is responsive and gets things repaired and addressed quickly. For example, wood floor buckled and he had a super there the next day and repaired.

Cons

Sometimes neighborhood kids/teens would hangout loudly in the hallways. It only was a problem because I was on the first floor.

Advice to the owners

Create some additional security for building.

Do Not Recommend!!

Pros

At the time it was decently priced (though after living here I know why it was cheap!!). Can't speak to what it is now.

Cons

Between the mice infestation and the unbearable amount of noise from upstairs neighbors (floors were paper thin), this apartment was honestly almost unlivable.
