Renters approve of the building's owners
Kind super, new building, amazon locker, nice coffee shop nearby, relatively quiet, small gym and other basic amenities.
Packages stolen. Rowdy neighbors at times creating messes. Paper thin walls. Appliances would break often but be fixed relatively promptly. Sometimes delay in management responses. Flooding/leaking in other units, which has been addressed, afaik.
