Between the 3 train and the C. Bodega across the street is the best around
Landlord response is often bad. Took almost a year to fix a leak. Had bees borrowing in the front door. Door lock was busted and took a long time for him to fix.
Put ego aside and take care of your building. Do preventative care in order to better maintain your property.
