You don’t get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment had some nice features like a good kitchen and a renovated bathroom
Cons:
Renovation is done in the cheapest possible manner so that things like heating, water control, and in unit washed and drier do not work.
Advice to owner:
Give us what you promised and don’t lie in the house viewing

Avoid! Save yourself the headache
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good, lots to eat on Franklin. Apartment finishes are newer.
Cons:
No heating in the winter (inside temps reach mid 50s),, periodic loss of hot water for days at a time. Building is dirty with pests and daily cockroach visits. Owner will promise everything but nothing ever gets done for months, if ever.
