    I would rather live on the streets

    Pros:
    The building is in a nice area, has classic brownstone charm, and is close to lots of options for public transit.
    Cons:
    The landlord lived in the building in the unit above us and was constantly harassing me and my partner. We had to sue them for this and won. They denied us access to our mail and would film me as i entered and exited the apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire someone who is actually qualified to manage the property
