Decent place to nest
Pros
- Apartments are very open with good light - Washer / Dryer in apartment - Good size bathroom - Good amount of closet space
Cons
- All Electric - you pay for heat, which makes electric bills in the winter higher than expected. - No bathtubs - Management company is very slow to respond, often have to threaten to hire your own plumber / handyman and charge back before they will take action

New and comfortable
Pros
Pretty new construction, windows on 2 sides, dishwashers and washer dryers in our unit (I think all), fairly responsive management
Cons
The stairwell if often dirty, but the trash always goes out on time, and the main hallway is mopped every couple weeks, heat not included
