    Beautiful apartment but expensive

    Pros:
    Beautiful layout, extremely quiet building and unit, could never hear my neighbors.
    Cons:
    Some roaches but such is nyc. Price was a little high for ch imo

    they are hostile, dismissive, and negligent

    I had some cool neighbors. nice wood floors.
    Cons:
    the building owners overcharge rent on rent-stabilized apartments. often there is no heat. crumbling walls and broken pipes. they also harass their BIPOC tenants in an attempt to get rid of them. avoid this building.
    Advice to owner:
    maybe you should move out of real estate and start working at in cryptocurrency
