Mice Problem, Management Overcharges

Pros:
no brokers fees. big roof with open access.
Cons:
will overcharge you and raise your rent and not tell you the building is rent stabilized when you first rent w/ them, found mice in apartment last two months of living here, management was non-reponsive and dismissive
Advice to owner:
don't overcharge good tenants for rent :)

Pros:
Maitenance is really good- all my issues were fixed same or next day, no matter how big or small. Was really impressive and easy to use online portal.
Super was really nice and helpful.
Everything in the apartment worked well- heat, water, appliances. Pest control every month.
Cons:
Definitely overpriced for the area and the size of the apartment. Can be hard to contact actual management apart from Maitenance.
