Solid place to live

Pros:
clean, and well maintained building
Cons:
thin walls, cheap appliances are falling apart

Pros:
pretty well maintained, management company is responsive, other tenants are clean/courteous
Cons:
some of the appliances are low quality (we had to get our toilet replaced, the oven light knob on the oven broke off)

Pros:
Good location, building was fine, never had any issues with pests
Cons:
Management was extremely unresponsive. My window didn't lock for months, dryer didn't work the entire time I was there. Definitely among the more expensive rent in the area so for what we're paying, it should be better.
Advice to owner:
Stop dodging emails, fix issues when tenants bring them up

Pros:
Nothing, honestly. We moved here with high hopes, our first apartment in Brooklyn, and very unsatisfactory.
Cons:
Everything, truly. Neighbors are not friendly. Maintenance does not happen. Emails are not answered. Not a friendly environment to live in.
Advice to owner:
Be more customer service driven towards your tenants.
