Great Neighbors. Landlord doesn't care

Pros:
This is an older building with great bones. Amazing neighbors and a good stoop.
Cons:
Did not have heating during the winter for the first year I stayed here. Had to constantly email the landlord til anything got done. Had a mouse infestation at one point that took multiple exterminators to fix.
