Security deposit thieves

Pros:
Great location and street
Cons:
Non-existent landlord & paper thin walls. Could hear our neighbor crying, screaming, blaring music constantly. Think we had an elephant or rhinoceros for an upstairs neighbor. We moved out October 2020 and still cannot get our security deposit back. We have called management hundreds of times and can’t get through to “Aaron”. We are taking them to court but waiting for our court date. Avoid Prospect Brooklyn LLC at all costs. Scam artists.
Advice to owner:
Don’t spend your tenants security deposits! Answer the phone. Get an email address. Do better.
