Charming, secure, central heat/AC, clean

Cons

Landlord does not pay its service workers (painters, repairmen, plumbers, etc.) so jobs are often neglected or left unfinished. The apartment was completely filthy when we moved in. Issues with hot water in shower. Otherwise okay
