    Right by Brower, off Kingston, friendly neighbors.
    Cons:
    Slumlord building owner, unresponsive, treats tenants poorly.

    Close to the 3 and C train.
    Cons:
    Management took too long to fix maintenance issues. They didn’t properly address noise complaints and the front door was routinely broken, so anyone could get inside the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to your tenants.
