Nice spot, bugs, mix of young & old

Pros:
HUGE APARTMENTS & stabilized! Neighbors keep to themselves but nice. The maintenance man is easy to get a hold of 9-5 and responsive. Most neighbors seem to be respectful and have been in the building g for MULTIPLE Generations - so be respectful. Only a few neighbors that are loud. Close to Brower park which is great in the summer and the children’s museum which has a lot of events year round.
Cons:
There are bugs - it’s a big building. A couple of neighbors are loud for the whole building but that’s NY. Sometimes shootings in the area - but that’s NY. Lots of families live in the area and never feel u safe just walking around
