932 St Marks Doesn’t Miss
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wood floors, high ceiling, great light exposure, windows in every room. Our small two-bedroom feels much larger than it is. All new kitchen appliances, great heat and ventilation, responsive and kind super, friendly neighbors. Laundry in lobby.
Cons:
Noise, walk-up, 15 minute walk to trains, mice. These pale in comparison to the perks. This place is a gem!
