    In a very good area
    Cons:
    Do not clean the garage in front the building enough
    Advice to owner:
    Do better with fixing the apartment

    Great area, probably better buildings around

    Great neighborhood, and the apartments were recently renovated
    Cons:
    Lord of issues with heat for rooms and water temperature. We also got major construction dumped in us the first week we moved in.

    Great neighbors, easy to access many trains, fun neighborhood, washer/dryer in unit
    Cons:
    Some pest issues, occasional trash back up
