Nice place, overpriced for the room size

I did like that the management company was more responsive than my old building—so my opinion may be skewed.
Cons:
Laundry was always broken.

Pros:
Most if not all of the units are recently remodeled and modern with High ceilings. All the negatives are pretty common, if you’re okay with the area and the distance to the train this is a great option!
Cons:
The building is never clean. Someone comes to clean the stairs and lobby maybe once a month. Management is not responsive with maintenance requests (if you even get an answer at all).
Advice to owner:
Clean your building, have regular maintenance on the laundry machines .
