    Pros:
    The apartment was so sunny and had character. The super was also very friendly and caring.
    Cons:
    The biggest con was the mice problem! They have an exterminator come every month to no avail-the mice all but took over our lease!
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the mice for good please.
