    Beautiful floors and responsive super
    Cons:
    Bad upkeep of shared spaces, poor smells, loud work often being done on exterior without notice

    Great location, the people living in the building were awesome
    Cons:
    Rodent and pests due to rotting garbage in the basement that was never taken care of. Terrible garbage management. Owners literally didn’t have an email??? So nothing was in writing. Nothing was ever fixed. Overall sad because it’s a beautiful historic building and I wish someone owned it who cared about crown heights.
