Fine but Landlord fixes nothing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, close to park and Franklin ave.
Cons:
Landlord is terrible and will not fix things correctly or in a timely manner. Landlord is rude, forgetful and condescending to women.

Falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Located in a great neighborhood near many bars and restaurants and Prospect Park. Located right of the 2,3,4,5 and Shuttle train. Only one express stop to Barclays Center/ downtown Brooklyn.
Cons:
Building is falling apart and dirty. The landlord is hard to reach and takes weeks to fix any issues. The apartments are tiny and walls are very thin, you can hear entire conversations of neighbors. Landlord does not upkeep the building, and apartment on the top floor had the ceiling open up and let tons of rain in during a thunderstorm. Overpriced for what you get out of it.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building and maintain it.
