Good place to live

Pros

Responsive and friendly owner, clean building, haven’t seen any pests in our apartment, nice laundry facility in the basement.

Cons

We’ve lost heat and hot water several times this winter. Bad water pressure. The owner has been very responsive about it, but it keeps happening.
