    Good Building overall

    Clean, renovated, laundry in the building
    Cons:
    maintenance and management are slow to respond, but they do fix issues
    Advice to owner:
    respond more promptly to maintenance issues.

    Fully renovated building with updated appliances and nice kitchen.
    Cons:
    Only 1 washer/dryer for entire building with slow responsive time for issues due to the landlord not living in the building.

    The super sucks

    The apartments themselves are nice, and the view of the park is great.
    Cons:
    The super sucks. He consistently plays loud music that comes right through the thin walls, often after midnight. He's always smoking in the hallways with his friends, so I have to listen to loud men talking and my whole apartment smells like cigarettes. Besides how annoying he is, I don't even ever see him clean anything. The hallways and entry are always dirty, the trash is usually overflowing, and the one dryer in the building is broken every other time I go to use it.

    Pros:
    It is in front of the park. Appliances are new and the building is renovated.
    Cons:
    The super is awful. He lives in the building and since he moved in, everything is worst. He doesn't clean as often, the trash bins are always full, the stairs and common areas are always dirty. There are even rat problems and he doesn't do anything. Besides that, he plays music at everytime of the day and makes parties that last till 8am. Good luck getting some sleep if you live next to him. If you have an issue, he will tell you that he will fix it the next day, and then he will forget. You will have to chase him for weeks to repair something. Also, you have the Albany houses a block away. There are always shootings near by or even at the park in front on a Saturday evening. For what you are paying, it is not worth it. Go and find another place.
