    Apartment is fine

    Pros:
    Relatively quiet building, roof access, packages don’t get stolen
    Cons:
    Not in the best shape, no laundry, garbage piles up outside = lots of rats
    Advice to owner:
    More responsiveness and willingness to make changes/upgrades
