Typical predatory landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is nice enough. Our apt was newly renovated and central air was nice.
Cons:
The landlord tried to raise our rent so much and they are clearly predatory and try to get every penny out of you that they can. They want to do minimal work but then won’t waive any small lates fees or anything like that upon request.

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop access and a backyard for some
Cons:
Building management, utilities expense, too many rooms, no windows in common areas.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better.

The good, the bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a relatively new renovation, so the kicthen and bathrooms were well done. First floor on both sides of the building have access to the back yard/patio.
Cons:
The first floor is a 4 bedroom apartment including two room on the basement floor. The basement flooded at least 8-10 times while I lived there. Every time there was a very heavy rainfall. Despite MANY complaints to the landlords, nothing was done about this. The people in the basement rooms had to throw away a significant amount of stuff and never had any recompensation for the landlord's neglect.
Advice to owner:
Fix the damn basement!!!!
