    High ceilings, backyard access
    Cons:
    Repeat unresolved flooding in basement (marketed as +2 bedrooms), nonfunctional building laundry machines, no fire extinguisher in building (illegal); a ton of outstanding maintenance left to do still when we moved in

    Management is unwilling to communicate transparently or proactively - tryna push gentrification prices without being able to handle Karen behavior

    Do better or we'll have to file violations
