Decent size rooms with chill and non-invasive roommates. Beautiful block and great neighborhood surrounded by great bars and eateries. 
Wifi can be a struggle. No common area other than bathroom & kitchen. Kitchen is a little tight. Cleanliness is dependent on your roommates. 
Hire a housekeeper for bathroom and kitchen to come once or twice a week.
