Overall responsive management. Contractors did their best given the circumstances.
Cons
Unreported pest issues. Landlord hides behind a burdened property management company. And, the landlord is clearly trying to make $ off units that should be rent-stabilized and need to be reported to HPD.
Terrible Managament & Maintenance

Management was terrible at apt maintenance. Our apt always leaked into the apt below and it seemed they’d just patch it up as a temporary fix but it kept happening to the point the apt below us had a flood. And it seemed years later they still had the same issue as I got an update from tenant that took over after us.

Care about your buildings and tenants!
