Calm prewar second floor apartment on a green block

Pros

The landlord fixes everything, and the built-in appliances are a rare find (even if the washer and dryer are older, the dishwasher is new). It all works well. The front room light is spectacular. Love the pocket doors, too.

Cons

Some of the neighbors are unfriendly, and there are a lot of new people from the repurposed school turned into condos. Also, really miss Daughter Café on the next block.
